Welcome to my website! My name is Joe Howie, and here you can find professional blog posts on topics in Programming, Mathematics, and Science. Since November 2021, I have worked with Vancouver Island Health Authority as a Data Scientist constructing analyses using state-of-the-art techniques in data mining and machine learning. I received my education from the University of Victoria, completing a Bachelors of Science in Physics and a Master's degree in Computer Science.
